Валерий, (11.08.2010 at 15:14) 0— Похож на старинные заводные механические игрушки (соловьи, жаворонки), которые "поют" в музеях. Иногда поворачивают голову, крыльями машут. Наверное, механизм сломался, или ключ потерялся - и поставили как памятник посреди клумбы?
