On the lawn in the yard of philological department there is a sculpture “Tank Gogol”. It was opened on the 22nd of May (the Day of Philology and Oriental studies in Saint-Petersburg State University) in 2009, the year of Gogol’s’ 200th anniversary.

Татьяна_, (06.02.2010 at 21:50) 1— это самый необычный памятник на филфаке, я считаю) безумная какая-то тачанка, словно собранная из металлолома, который попался под руку, при этом очень милая и нечто гоголевское в ней есть, но не в примитивном понимании, а по духу скорее)
