Tsar the State Bank founder
City: Saint-Petersburg.
There’s a bust to the Russian emperor Alexander II placed in 2005 in Lomonosova street, next to the building of the State Bank of Russia, which was founded according to the tsar’s order. This bust is a copy of the Emperor’s sculpture portrait from the collection of the Russian Museum. Almost no one notices this monument to the tsar!
