Another Super Hero (save the governor, of course) has appeared in our city. This idea came to three students of St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts Alexey Kharchenko, Ruslan Petrov and Vadim Sudakov. Petersburgman is a very active young man in a cloak, with an unhealthy gleam in his eyes, who conceived to solve the city problems. Although now he only helps the old ladies across the street and picks the butts, everything is still in the future! The Petersburgman believe that he is "the Conscience of St. Petersburg, the man whose eyes still shine with the light of social justice”. So it is!
Petersburgman is very similar to the superman of the USA. The flying flag of the Russia’s Northern Capital on his back and the irrepressible thirst for justice – all this is the Petersburgman. He is even registered on the social network VKontakte.ru. This was done to allow the creators respond as quickly as possible to everything which is unfair, tactless and tarnishes the name of the Cultural Capital by receiving the messages on VKontakte.ru.
There was created a short movie to promote the new hero. Petersburgman wanders the streets and helps those who don’t manage to run away from him. He also makes the smokers to pick their butts from the ground and helps them to the bins. The point is that St. Petersburg is our home, so if you want to throw garbage, do it in your room. It is also promised that later on Petersburgman will switch to more serious garbage.
In the first clip, created by the guys, there sounds the main theme from the movie Kick-Ass.

— Видеоролик был показан в новостях по ТВ. Что можно сказать, не самый худший вариант сноса крыши после постоянной прокрутки фильмов про американских суперменов...

— Видимо, в нашу форточку из Латвии попало : там активизировался Цукмэн, главный борец за чистоту(«Cūkmens» на латышском означает «человек-свинья»). Это скрывающий свое имя учёный эколог-энтузиаст, уже несколько лет в одиночку спасающий латвийские леса от мусора. У этого сказочного персонажа – руководящая должность: в Латвии он возглавляет кампанию "Не мусори на обочине!".
