The building is built in 1907-1908 and represents modern style. The facade is decorated with sculptures of Chimeras, cats and bears.
 

Address: at the corner of 66, Maliy prospect of Petrogradskaya side and 32, Lenina street.

How to reach: metro station “Chkalovskaya” or “Petrogradskaya”.
