Historically island “Kamenny” is a concentration of country houses of Saint-Petersburg elite. One of these houses is Gausvald’s house. It was built in 1898 in modern style. In 1980 a Russian version of “Sherlock Holmes’s Adventures” was filmed here.

Дача Гаусвальд - деревянный особняк. Построен в 1898г. в стиле модерн, для жены булочного мастера Е.К.Гаусвальд. В1918 в особняке разместили 3-ю детскую колонию. Потом длительное время это был санаторий-профилакторий Металлического завода. В 1980г здесь снимали фильм "Приключение Шерлока Холмса", " Дон Сезар де Базан", "Летучая мышь", "Марица" (Съемки "Марицы" видела сама - сцена с Андрейченко и Спиваком).
