There are different bridges in St. Petersburg – over rivers and canals, over railroads and highways. But this one is over nothing. It stands on the ground. It's just part of Fontanka River embankment. When St. Michael's Castle was built, it was surrounded by a ditch. After the death of Paul I, the ditch buried in the earth, but the bridge remained. 

Address: 2 Sadovaya street.

How to reach: St. Michael's Castle, a little walk from Gostiny Dvor metro station.

— А если понастроить ещё сотню-другую таких мостов, мы точно переплюнем Венецию!

— Это бывший мост. А еще есть ложный мост . Он находится около Спаса-на Крови и является частью мостового трилистника - там где канал Грибоедова соединяется с Мойкой
