If you are over 70 and you cannot sit quietly feeling that your young soul is calling you somewhere – it’s probably the place that you need. Every weekend at 1 pm the elderly people dance to the sounds of Brass Band on Elagin island.

Address: Elagin island, nearby Elagin palace..

How to reach: on foot from metro station “Krestovsky island”.

— О! Аналогичное мероприятие в теплое время года (точно не зимой) также по выходным проводится в верхней части Удельного парка. Там и танцы, и песни под гармошку, и просто хоровое пение в кругу. Просто удивительно приятно смотреть на этих замечательных людей, собирающихся вместе, общающихся, веселых, радостных!!! Кстати, много молодежи, которая скромно проходит мимо, но как будто специально пришедшие посмотреть и послушать старшее поколение. )))
