This character was noticed in the city riding a bicycle with a table “Crazy Vitya”. Very positive, always smiling broadly he often confused passers.
He lives in Avtovo, just above the Chinese restaurant. And his bicycle is hanged outside. :-)

— Витю упекли его соседи в псих больницу. Виной тому никогда не выключающаяся лампочка Вити та что горит за перед его окнами. В газете Метро писали об этом случае. Мне жаль этого бедалагу который не смог себя защитить. А ведь никому плохого он не делал. Моё уважение и поддержка в сторону Вити.
