There’s an interesting installation ‘In the condition of clarity’ on the 2nd Yelagin bridge. So, along one of the sides of the bridge there’re the colourful flags, made in the colours of the communal departments workers’ uniform. As it was thought, the flags must have been installed into the special holdings on the bridge, left there from the Soviet times. But they simply taped them to the bridge. And some of the flags are already missing.
