I have been passing by in a car today and didn't have enough time to take a photo. This house is approximately from 60-s... Does anybody know its history?

P.S. The author evidently is fond of squirrels and pelicans most of all)

Хотела предположить, что каждое животное обозначает определенный этаж, но на втором фото пеликан явно опустился. Теория не прошла. :-((
