— Начальной точкой отсчёта расстояний между городами является почтамт. Этот "нулевой знак" - абсурд. Его можно было бы установить в сквере напротив почты. И к месту, и проезд удобный для интересующихся, и машрутизировано от ул.Кирова вниз до площади и далее, и рассредоточились бы достопримечательности равномерно по городу. Кстати, в сквере пустует место от памятника.
