There are 10 sculptures decorating the entrance to The National Library of Russia (a new building in Moskovsky prospect): “Justice”, “Religion”, “Theater”, “Architecture”, “Mechanics”, “Medicine”, “Aeronautics”, “Philosophy”, “Winemaking” and “Music”. If you look closely you will find that these are the Olympic Gods: Zeus-theater, Hermes-mechanics, Dionysus-winemaking, Icarus-aeronautics, Athena – philosophy, Aphrodite – music, Hera – religion, Apollonius – architecture, Themis – justice and Cleopatra from Egypt represents medicine.

How to reach: metro station “Park Pobedi”.
