House with lions in front of it, but it’s not the very famous private house of Russian prince Lobanov-Rostovsky, built according to the project of Ogust Monferan.

The thing is that one of Saint-Petersburg’s construction companies decided to create a unique look to its houses.

The front doors are guarded by white lions (though they have already the green marks on their hair – a touch of time).

Address: 62, Tankista Chrustitskogo street.

How to reach: from metro station “Prospect Veteranov”, on foot.
