There exists such an interesting art-group ”Gematsukatory”. I don’t know the details, but I’ve seen them once at the tattoo and body-art fest. By all appearances, it’s something distinctive, of Petersburg style. At least, according to Yandex there’s nothing alike in other cities. :)
