— Еще его называют Пале Рояль и Бельведер. Есть городская легенда, что местные жители обладают особым чувством времени - всегда безошибочно знают который час не глядя на часы. Ныне это дом номер 20 по Пушкинской улице в Санкт- Петербурге с самыми большими коммунальными квартирами.
