An unusual building resembling a warship or a fortress hid in a quiet Dzhambula lane, near the Five Corners.

The kindergarten was constructed in 1983 by architects Sergei Shmakov and Vera Melyakova.

Unusual elements were used in the construction: parts of sewer manholes, concrete sections of heat chambers and sewage pipes.

Address: 8 Dzhambula lane.

How to reach: the nearest metro stations: Pushkinskaya – 851 m, Zvenigorodskaya – 551 m, Dostoevskaya – 880 m.

— В детстве жила в квартире с окнами на этот садик, фантазия очень разыгрывалась на тему космических захватчиков и базы ЦРУ, чебурашки-локаторы переодически крутятся и издают инфернальные звуки...
Вообще садик построен, как образцово показательный и имеет собственный бассейн, говорят в нем снимали многие советские фильмы, где нужны были сцены с садиком.
