Наша Северная столица  славится своими мостами - ни для кого это не секрет.
Итак, что имеем :

в городе и пригородах более 400 мостов;

     ***самый длинный мост — Большой Обуховский (вантовый) мост через Неву (полная длина мостового перехода — 2824 метров);

     ***самый длинный разводной мост  — Александра Невского (вместе с пандусами — 905,7 м);

     *** самый широкий мост — Синий мост (99,5 метров); 

     ***у нас есть Троицкий разводной мост , у которого разводится только один пролет( однокрылый, однако );

     ***цветные  мосты тоже наши : Синий, Красный ,Зеленый и Желтый;

     ***Тройной мост -  расположен в месте соединения канала Грибоедова и реки Мойки. Состоит из сходящихся в одной точке Мало-Конюшенного, Театрального  и сухопутного моста-дамбы между двумя реками (иногда называемого Пешеходным);

Разводные мосты имеют свой ГРАФИК разводки. Который в особых случаях может быть нарушен.  На моей памяти их несколько, даже есть фото (размещу, когда их оцифрую).
Точно развели мосты днем, когда  "Аврора" (или его "реплика"?) возвращалась после кап.ремонта на вечную стоянку в 1984 году.



И завтра,  29.05.11, ожидается  с 22 часов разводка Дворцового и Благовещенского мостов  при закрытии Международного фестиваля-парада исторических пароходов на Неве.

St. Petersburg, also known in Russia as the Northern Capital, is famous for its bridges. Let’s summarize the facts down below:
There are more than 400 bridges in the city and the suburbs;

***The longest bridge is Bolshoy Obukhovsky bridge (cable-stayed bridge) across the Neva (the total length of it is 2824 m;

***The longest drawbridge is Alexander Nevsky bridge (together with the rampants makes  905,7 m);

*** The widest bridge is Blue Bridge (99,5 m); 

***There’s Troitsky drawbridge, with only one bay being drawn;

***There’re colourful bridges: Blue, Red, Green and Yellow Bridges;

***The triple bridge – it’s situated in the joint point of Griboedova Canal and the Moyka river. The bridge consists of the three bridges joining together in one point – Malo-Konyushenny, Theatre and the ground bridge-dam between two rivers( sometimes it’s called a Pedestrian Bridge);

The draw-bridges have got their own Drawing Schedule. But it can be changed in some special occasions. I remember several of them (I’ll upload the pictures as soon as I make their digital versions).
Once it happened when “Aurora” (or maybe its replica) was coming back after the capital restoration works in 1984 to stay here forever.
And there’s the drawing of Blagoveshchensky and Palace bridges tomorrow, 29.05.11 from 10 p.m. for the Closing of the festival-parade of the historical steamships on the Neva.
