A nice centaur decorates the staircase of «Dom Kino» and «Rodina» cinemas. It is a symbol of the International Film Festival «Message to Man» which annually takes place in St.-Petersburg. The winners are awarded the same figurines. Sculptor D. Pahomov performed the centaur according to the drawing of Nadya Rusheva, the girl who created amazing pictures literally within seconds with a few strokes of a pen. Unfortunately she passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.
