There’s a lovely soviet panel in a court-yard, on the transformer vault. There’s clearly seen the political resistance of the two systems. There’s the Hippo in a top hat (uncle Sam, US) which is greenish as buck; the Elephant in Russian shirt (USSR), as pink as a soviet ten roubles banknote. The blue Hare must be Europe, and the Monkey is Africa. The motto says, ‘Everyone will be treated by a kind Doctor Aibolit’ ( by K. Chukovsky).
