The fountain in Tavrichesky garden

Tags: фонтан

City: Saint-Petersburg.

The fountain is called ‘A boy holding a duck’. The sculpture was created about 100 years ago by Alexander Bruni. It was said that in 2008 the 80kg sculpture was stolen. In 2009 the fountain was reconstructed, but I didn’t find any information if the put the original sculpture, or just replaced it with a remake. I’d be glad to get comments from those ones who know something about it.

Address: Tavrichesky garden..

How to reach: 5 min on foot from Chernyshevskaya metro station..

— Когда я была, этой фонтанной фигуры не было... Кажется, чуть ли не второй раз украли только что восстановленную фигуру. Фото какого года?
