It was created according to the project of Arsen Avetisyan.

Была в июне в Питере, так как у меня такса настоящая живет. Пошли с мужем к этому памятнику, а в университете проходил семинар, и нас не пустили, были выходные и в понедельник он только заканчивался. В любой другой день пропустим, сказали охранники, сейчас запретили пропускать посторонних, а в понедельник мы уже уезжали.Так и не попали.

— Да, не повезло. Видимо самый надежный способ увидеть таксу - это попасть на какой-нибудь семинар. Этак поневоле станешь любителем словесности...
