The facade of a luxury building 21 on Nevsky prospect in the neoclassical style was designed in the form of three huge glass four-storied arches. Construction was carried out from 1910 to 1912 by the architect M. S. Lyalevich. Sculptural elements of the facade were made by V. V. Kuznetsov.  There is a nice stone fountain in the yard, decorated with the figure of a polar bear.
